Castlevania: Belmont's Curse Trailers

Four official trailers carry Belmont's Curse, all posted on Konami's own channel between February and September 2026: the Announcement Trailer, the Gameplay and Commentary Trailer, the Release Date Trailer and the Bloody Tears Trailer. Each title and upload date below was read from the video itself, and the media previews are listed separately because they are not Konami's.

Reading the dates correctly

Konami's news page lists these videos with Japanese dates, and YouTube reports Pacific time. On two of the four they land on different days of the calendar:

The Bloody Tears Trailer is dated September 4 on Konami's news page and September 3 on YouTube. The Release Date Trailer is June 8 on the news page and June 7 on YouTube.

Both are right. They are the same moment read in two timezones, which is worth knowing before you decide one of the sources is wrong. The upload times above are the ones attached to the videos themselves.

The Announcement Trailer's date lines up with the February 12, 2026 PlayStation presentation where the game was first shown, and the April trailer arrived in the middle of the preview period that produced the hands-on coverage this site draws on for weapon categories and Arcana abilities.

Media previews, listed separately

Three further videos circulate with this game's name, and none of them is a Konami upload. They are useful and they are not official trailers:

VideoChannelUploadedWhat it is
Official Demo TrailerIGNOctober 1, 2026A demo trailer cut by IGN, released with the demo
The First PreviewIGNJuly 17, 2026Hands-on preview coverage of the opening hours
Standard vs Midnight EditionURBAN GAMEPLAYSeptember 26, 2026A community guide to the editions

The demo trailer is the interesting case: the footage is official material, but the upload is IGN's, which is why it is in this table rather than the one above. If you are comparing editions, the editions page covers the same ground with the store data rather than a video's framing.

Three ways to skip the videos entirely

The screenshot gallery captions every official still this site holds. The demo page covers the opening chapter, which is the section the April trailer walks through. * The release date page answers the question the Release Date Trailer exists to answer, with the timezone wrinkle included.

FAQ

How many official trailers does Belmont's Curse have?

Four, all published on Konami's own channel between February and September 2026.

When did the first trailer come out?

February 12, 2026, alongside the PlayStation presentation where the game was announced.

Which trailer should I watch first?

The Gameplay & Commentary Trailer, if you are deciding whether to buy. It is the only one that explains the systems rather than presenting them.

Are the IGN videos official trailers?

The footage is official and the uploads are not. IGN published the demo trailer and its own first preview. Both are listed separately on this page for that reason.

Why do Konami and YouTube show different dates for the same trailer?

Konami's news page uses Japanese time and YouTube reports Pacific time, so two of the four trailers fall on different calendar days in the two listings.
